Jonathan Markson
A graduate of Christ Church, Oxford, Jonathan Markson was a former captain of the Oxford University "blues" tennis team. Inspired by working in the U.S. with the late Frank X. Brennan, who coached Billie-Jean King to several Wimbledon titles, Jonathan Markson founded the Jonathan Markson Oxford Tennis Camp in 1981. His company, Jonathan Markson Tennis, has subsequently launched successful centres in the Algarve, Mallorca and Venice. Jonathan Markson Tennis has achieved an international reputation both with clients and in the television and newspaper media for combining courses that are instructive, challenging and enjoyable with the highest quality of service.
